Email Overview
Email is the primary means of contacting prospective customers. It has

Definition: Spam is the abuse of electronic messaging systems to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately.
Email is not considered spam if the recepiant has conspicuously published their email address online or on a business card. Please review the ZNANZ Spam Policy.
We do not ever want to be associated with "Spam". Therefore we use some simple precautions when sending out emails:
- Experiment. Use our template to generate several different templates of your own and alternate them
- Send us your proposed new templates and we will review and test them for you.
- Use proper grammer and ounctuation throughout the entire email
- Use your real name. We are legitimate and do not want to be labeled as deceptive in any way or form.
- Do not embed background graphics, logos, your photo or other gratuitous files in your email.
- Refrain from using any formatting. There is no need for Changing text to bold or giving it a color.
- Never use multiple recipients on a single email.
